One-Time Use License Restriction

All house plans, drafting documents, renderings, and related materials provided by House Plans from Draftsman LLC are licensed for one-time use only.

Purchase of a plan grants the customer a limited, non-transferable license to construct one (1) residential project at one (1) physical address unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company.

Unauthorized reuse of any house plan for additional homes, projects, developments, reproductions, or commercial purposes without written consent from the Company constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, monetary damages, and enforcement of all available intellectual property rights under applicable law.

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization:

• constructing multiple homes from a single plan purchase,
• reproducing plans for additional projects,
• reselling or redistributing plans,
• sharing digital files outside the approved project team,
• modifying plans for resale or reuse,
• commercial duplication of drafting materials.

All ownership and intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the Company regardless of purchase or project completion.
